Elementary Discussion about the Related Problems on Article 4. 4. 7 in the Code for Design of
Low-voltage Electrical Installations

Abstract Some problems related to article 4 ． 4 ． 7 in the Code for Design of Low-voltage Electrical Installations（GB 50054-95）is discussed. Article 4 ． 4 ． 7 is labeled as compulsory article. Under some circumstances，if the use of over-current protection concurrently as earth fault protection superficially conforms to but actually does not conform to the requirement of Article 4. 4. 7，residual current operated protection is used in earth fault protection of low-voltage distribution lines as far as possible. The earth fault protection to fire control consumers，etc. is discussed and the concerned solutions are presented.

摘 要 就《低压配电设计规范》（GB50054-95）第4 ． 4 ． 7 条相关联的一些问题作了讨论，包括：第4 ． 4 ． 7 条被列为强制性条文，用过电流保护兼接地故障保护在一些情况下，表面符合而实际不符合第4 ． 4 ． 7 条要求时，低压配电线路接地故障保护尽可能采用剩余电流动作保护，以及对消防用电设备接地故障保护等进行了分析，并提出了解决意见。
