但凡会议厅，就属于“人员密集场所”？
请问：
会议厅和会议室的区别在哪里？
以面积划分还是看人数区别？
大于多大的面积还是超过多少的人数？
至今，都不敢、不能回答，装没看见没听见。
看不懂！！！
再看这个——
何谓“人员密集的厂房”？
依旧看不懂！！！
也不知，编规范的，自己搞懂了没有。
人员密集的厂房内的生产场所——只要将“人员密集”定义下来，此说能够成立。{:1_436:}

自说自话删除原06版《建规》的定性规定，又拒绝回答和不及时处理设计人员按住建部“工程建设标准解释管理办法（2014-05-05生效）”提交的问题……
