Evacuation Under Fire Lighting Conditions

— Discussion on Setting of Fire Emergency Luminaire at Safety Exits

Abstract： In this paper,the important concept of “evacuation under fire lighting conditions”is introduced to analyze the results of“evacuation”,proving that fire lighting is not a sufficient and necessary condition. Logic analysis is performed based on this important concept,that is,if the indoor place connected to a“safety exit”is not suitable for evacuation under fire fighting conditions,there will be no“safety exit”connected for such evacuation!Without this“safety exit”,there will be no theory on setting the“safety exit”indicator and“evacuation lighting luminaire”at the“safety exit”!It is concluded that only when the indoor place connected to a“safety exit”is suitable for evacuation under fire fighting conditions,there will be the conditions for setting the“safety exit”indicator and “evacuation lighting luminaire”at the“safety exit”!

摘　要：引入“消防照明条件下的疏散”重要理念，分析实现“疏散”行为的结果，消防照明不是充分且必要的条件。基于这一重要概念进行逻辑性分析，即如果“安全出口”所连接的室内场所不存在消防照明条件下疏散的场景，就不存在与消防照明条件下疏散相对应连接的“安全出口”！如果不存在这个对应的“安全出口”，就不存在“安全出口”标志灯和“安全出口”处安装“疏散照明灯”一说！以此推断：只有与安全出口相连接的室内场所存在消防照明条件下疏散的情况，才有设置“安全出口”标志灯和在“安全出口”处安装“疏散照明灯”的工况！
