Suggestions for Electrical Design Work in Existing Building Renovation Projects

Abstract：In the urban renewal environment,the design work of existing building renovation projects is increasing. Due to the factors such as the age of completing the building,the characteristics of building,and the turnover of old and new specifications presents certain challenges to electrical design work. It is tried to outline the complete electrical design work content and the nodes that need to be emphasized in the renovation project from the aspects of standard specifications,electrical discipline and related disciplines,policies and regulations.

摘　要：城市更新大环境下，既有建筑改造项目的设计工作越来越多。由于建筑建成年代、建筑自身的特点、新旧规范更替等因素，给电气设计工作带来了一定的挑战。尝试从标准规范、电气专业自身及相关专业、政策法规等方面出发，勾勒出改造项目完整的电气设计工作内容及需要重视的节点。
