关于余压控制系统的实际应用和探讨

AbstractThe mechanical pressurization system plays a vital role in a fire protection system. The key is to use the residual pressure control system to maintain a relatively stable residual pressure in the smoke‑proof area. In this paper, the excessive pressure in the smoke‑proof area and the difficulties in pipeline layout are analyzed for implementing control with a bypass pressure relief valve + residual pressure controller for the residual pressure control system and some optimized controls actually applied are proposed for reference.

摘 要:机械加压送风系统在消防系统中起着重要的作用,通过余压控制系统保证防烟区的余压值相对稳定是其中之关键。本文通过分析余压控制系统采用旁通泄压阀加余压控制器的控制方式在工程中出现的防烟区域压力过大和管道布置困难问题,提出几种在实际应用中的优化控制方式作为参考。
