Design for Electrical Fire Protection Terminal Protector Based on Solid State Circuit Breaker *

Abstract:Considering the situation of inadequate electrical fire prevention and control in high‑rise and super high‑rise buildings,this paper,on the basis of an analysis of the current state and development trend of research on distributed electrical fire prevention and control terminal technology in China,describes the design and development of an electrical fire protection terminal protector based on a solid state circuit breaker and elaborates on the design of its software and hardware. Through a warning platform,the protector can intelligently and quickly identify the short‑circuit current waveform characteristics through the early warning platform function,then cut off the fault circuit at the μs level,thus minimizing the occurrence of electrical fire accidents.

摘 要:针对高层 / 超高层建筑电气火灾防控力度不足的情况,在分析我国分布式电气火灾防控终端技术研究现状及发展趋势的基础上,设计研发出一种基于固态断路的电气防火终端保护器,并对其软硬件设计进行阐述,该保护器通过预警平台功能,可智能、快速识别短路电流波形特征,并在μs级的时间内切断故障回路,以最大限度降低电气火灾事故的发生。
