AbstractIn this paper,the technical terms of three current national standards on touch voltage protection measures for lightning protection down conductors are analyzed,including the touch voltage protection measures for the exposed down conductors accessible by personnel. By analyzing the River Mall in Shanghai as an actual engineering case and from the perspectives of safety,reliability,economic feasibility,and practicality,this paper proposes the measures required for touch voltage protection for exposed lightning protection down conductors of buildings or facilities.

摘 要:分析3部现行国家标准中关于防雷引下线防接触电压的技术条文,研究人员可以接触到的外露引下线防接触电压措施;结合上海世博源这一实际工程案例,从安全可靠、经济合理、切实可行的角度出发,提出建筑物或设施外露防雷引下线防接触电压的措施要求。
