《城市地下综合管廊设计防火标准》解析

AbstractThis paper introduces the exploration and thinking points behind the compilation of Standard for Fire Protection Design of Urban Utility Tunnel(Zhejiang engineering construction standard DBJ33 / T 1278 - 2022). It puts forward the fire / explosion hazard characteristics of gas compartment and the fire control characteristics of cable fire in power compartment. Finally,by collecting and analyzing the operation and management mode of domestic pilot projects and the management mode of many places in Zhejiang Province, the characteristics of fire evacuation and rescue in utility tunnel are studied and explored,and the solutions to many urgent and controversial issues related to fire protection in pipe gallery construction are proposed.

摘 要:介绍浙江省工程建设标准DBJ33 / T 1278 - 2022《城市地下综合管廊设计防火标准》编制背后的探索、思考;提出燃气舱的火灾 / 爆炸危险特征、电力舱电缆火灾的消控特性;最后通过搜集分析国内试点项目的营运管理模式和浙江省多地的管养模式,研究探索综合管廊消防疏散救援的特点,给出管廊建设中和消防有关的诸多急需解决、争议颇多问题的解决方案。
