Evacuation of Fire Compartment：Discussion on Evacuation Indication Design

of Underground Garage with Decentralized Charging Piles

Abstract：After reading the araticle Evacuation Indicating System Design of the Underground Garage Configured with Discrete Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure（published in Building Electricity,issue 3,2020）,the fire evacuation plan of underground garage with decentralized charging facilities is discussed based on the existing code standard. Some key points to be clarified include:Based on a deep understanding of the concept of“evacuation”,the concept of“evacuation”and “escape”should be distinguished,and the positioning of “evacuation design”should be closely related to the concept of“evacuation”;according to the organization evacuation by the fire compartment,the evacuation plan should be determined based on the fire compartment before the evacuation indication system is designed;the fire evacuation function of underground garage driveway and the control method of descent in two steps of fire shutter should be fully understood;the different functions of the“interconnected gates”opened on the partition wall of the fire protection unit should be properly identified and the exit sign luminaire should be installed on the evacuation door;the architectural design intention and its meaning of“utilization of adjacent fire compartment evacuation”should be fully understood;the “No Entry”sign luminaire should be used with caution.

摘　要：阅读《建筑电气》2020年第3期《设置分散充电设施地下车库疏散指示系统设计》一文后，基于现行规范标准也谈地下车库配建分散充电设施的消防疏散方案设计。重点阐明的要点有：深刻理解“疏散”概念，把“疏散”和“逃生”区别开来，把“疏散设计”的定位与“疏散”概念紧密关联起来；应基于防火分区组织疏散，疏散指示系统设计前应以防火分区确定疏散方案；务必掌握地下车库车道的消防疏散功能及其防火卷帘分步下降控制方法；应能识别防火单元隔墙上开设的 “相互连通的门”的不同作用，其疏散门才安装出口标志灯；必须领会“借用相邻防火分区疏散”的建筑设计意图及其内涵；“禁止入内”标志灯使用场所有限，不能乱用。
