Abstract：The electrical safety design, lighting design and intelligent design of the activity center are discussed from the perspective of living safety,comfort and convenience of the elderly and based on various permanent functional places in the veteran cadre activity center,and practical elderly‑oriented measures and auxiliary measures for physical and mental health are proposed at the same time.

摘　要：从老年人生活的安全性、舒适性、便利性出发，以老干部活动中心中各类常设功能场所为切入点，探讨活动中心的电气安全设计、照明设计与智能化设计，同时提出可采取的适老化措施与身心健康辅助措施。
