Abstract：The requirements of civil buildings for intelligent power supply and distribution systems are discussied,the structural design and function application of intelligent distribution system are illustrated on basis of analyzing the conventional distribution schemes and problems in intelligent monitoring system based on traditional SCADA system,

and the methods & significance of power quality management of intelligent distribution system are described according to relevant specifications.

摘　要：探讨民用建筑对智能配电系统的要求，在分析常规配电方案及基于传统SCADA系统的智能化监控系统所存在问题的基础上，阐释智能配电系统的结构设计与功能应用，并结合规范要求说明智能配电系统电能质量管理的方式与意义。
