250 m以上超高层建筑火灾自动报警系统设计思考

Thinking on Automatic Fire Alarm System Design for Super High‑rise Buildings Above 250 m

Abstract:According to the characteristics of super high‑rise buildings above 250 m and relevant specifications,the difficulties and key points in the design of automatic fire alarm system for super high‑rise buildings are analyzed and summarized from 5 aspects,i.e. the type of automatic fire alarm system,ring bus design,fire control video surveillance system,design of automatic fire alarm system for high and large spaces and fire detection for small electrical shafts,and corresponding solutions are put forward. The application of solutions are explained based on project cases.

摘 要:结合250m以上超高层建筑的特点和相关规范要求,分别从火灾自动报警系统形式、环形总线设计、消防视频监控系统、高大空间火灾自动报警系统设计及小型电气竖井的火灾探测5个方面,分析总结超高层建筑火灾自动报警系统设计的难点、要点,并提出相应的解决方案。同时结合工程实例,阐述方案的应用情况。
