电网互动型能效建筑面临的挑战和差距

Challenges and Gaps Facing Grid‑interactive Efficient Buildings

Abstract: Efficient buildings play a vital role in realizing a green energy structure. As the grid remains the main power source for building,promoting the development of grid‑interactive efficient buildings will not only optimize the energy distribution of grid,but also facilitate the achievement of overall energy efficiency goal. Key features of grid‑interactive buildings,key technologies such as heating,ventilation and air conditioning,operational strategies,and challenges and gaps associated with implementation specified in the Grid‑interactive Efficient Buildings Technical Report Series:Overview of Research Challenges and Gaps released by Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy(BTO)of Department of Energy(DOE)in 2019 are introduced.

摘 要:能效建筑对绿色能源结构的实现起到至关重要的作用,针对目前建筑物主要电力来源为电网的现实,推动电网互动型能效建筑物的发展不仅对优化电网能源配给,也对社会整体能效目标的实现具有积极作用。简要介绍美国能源部(DOE)能源效能和可再生能源办公室(BTO)2019年发布的电网互动型能效建筑系列技术报告 ——《Grid‑interactive Efficient Buildings Technical Report Series:Overview of Research Challenges and Gaps》中提出的电网互动型建筑的主要特征,供热、通风和空调等关键技术,运营策略,以及实施的相关挑战和差距。
