雷击光伏发电系统引起的建筑物风险分量评估(李英姿)
Evalution of Risk Components for Structure due to Flashes to PV Power Generation System

Abstract:Based on GB / T 21714.2 - 2015 / IEC 62305 - 2:2010 Protection against Lightning ― Part 2:
Risk Management and related national standards,this paper analyzes the risk of damage due to flashes to the PV system in buildings,determines the risk component of physical damage due to flashes as well as the annual number of dangerous events due to flashes to a structure,probability of damage and loss of failure of electrical and electronic systems. It shows that if the characters of building or the factors affecting lighting risk component changes,the risk assessment of the PV system in buildings should be re‑performed.

摘 要:根据GB / T 21714.2 - 2015 / IEC 62305 - 2:2010《雷电防护 第2部分:风险管理》及相关国家标准,给出雷击建筑物光伏发电系统造成的损害风险评估内容,确定雷电造成的物理损害风险分量和电气与电子系统失效风险分量中年雷击建筑物危险事件次数、损害概率和损失率等相关参数的计算和取值,明确一旦建筑物特性和影响雷击风险分量的因素发生变化,需再次进行雷击风险评估。
