Electric Energy Consumption Features and Energy-saving Methods Research of Office Buildings

    Abstract Based on research on the electric energy consumption features of a large office building，the unreasonableness is pointed out and the formula used to determine the rationality of power utilization of buildings is given. Furthermore，the energy-saving improvement methods are presented to reduce the electric energy consumption of buildings. Finally，proper energy-saving methods suitable for office buildings are summarized, including system construction，energy-saving in technology and behavior，etc.

    摘 要 通过对某大型办公建筑电能消耗特点的研究，找出其用能不合理之处，给出判断建筑物用能是否合理的公式，进而提出节能改造方法，通过实施节能改造，降低建筑物的能源消耗。总结办公建筑的节能方法，包括制度建设、技术节能、行为节能等。
