Energy-saving Calculation of Distribution Transformers

Abstract Based on the measured data of load distribution and the daily load curve of transformer drawn by Microsoft Excel,the dynamic power loss of the loads are calculated. On this basis,the energy-saving schemes,such as of“peak loads shifting”,“during low loads period,the large transformers will be replaced by small transformers”,and“large energy consumption transformer is changed into that of same capacity or replaced with an energy-saving large capacity transformer”on distribution transformer series are calculated in detail; and finally a simple investment payback period and carbon dioxide emission reductions for the new transformer are also given.

摘 要 根据实测的负荷分布数据和利用Microsoft Excel绘制的变压器的日负荷曲线,计算了负荷的动态功率损耗。在此基础上对配电变压器系列的“移峰填谷”、“低谷时小变压器替代大变压器”以及“耗能变压器更换成同容量或容量大一级的节能变压器”等方案进行了详细的计算,最后给出新变压器投资的简单回收期限和二氧化碳的减排量。
