Discussion about Certain Provisions in the Proposed National Standard Grounding Code

Abstract Different views are put forward about that certain provisions in the proposed national standard （draft to be approved），The Grounding Design Codes of A C Electric Appa ra tus（GB 50065 - 200X），such as the requirements of 10 / 0 . 4 kV distribution substation grounding resistance value，whether one or two grounding will be arranged in the substation，and the requirements of the grounding resistance when the substation is built in the supplied building. It is recommended that national standard grounding code shall be consistent with international standards.

摘 要 对拟议中的国家标准《交流电气装置的接地设计规范》 （GB 50065-200X）送审稿的某些规定，如对10 / 0?郾 4kV配电变电所接地电阻值的要求，变电所设一个接地还是两个接地，对变电所建在所供建筑物内时接地电阻的要求等，提出不同意见。建议国家标准接地规范应与国际标准接轨。
