Rectification and Improvement of the Lightning Protection Facilities in the
Inflammable and Explosive Equipments Area of Chemical Industry

Abstract After a lightning fire accident on the inflammable and explosive site of a chemical production site,the original lightning protection facilities was rectified and improved,and the lightning stroke fire phenomenon is still not solved after solving the direct stroke lightning problem,it is judged through analysis that it is haunted by discharge of lightning magnetic field induced potential. According to the situation that the field devices stand in great numbers and the pipelines are distributed vertically and horizontally,the lightning protection scheme has been designed again,and the harmed location of the chemical device has been technically treated. The phenomena of the fire caused by lightning and equipment trip have been eliminated by rectification and improvement,and the chemical production safety has been improved.

摘 要 某化工易燃易爆生产场所雷击着火事故后对原防雷设施进行整改,解决了直击雷保护问题后仍未消除雷击着火现象,经分析判断为雷电磁场感应电势放电作祟。根据现场设备林立、管线纵横的情况重新设计防雷方案,并对出事的化工装置部位进行技术处理。通过整改消除了因雷击引起的着火、设备跳闸现象,提高了化工生产安全程度。
