Research on the Precise Design Method of Intelligent Building Scheme *

Abstract:Based on the top‑level design of intelligent building and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different intelligent systems,the overall comparison method of intelligent design schemes based on constraint conditions is proposed to provide a guidance for the investment optimization scheme of the owner’s intelligent design. At the same time,the MATLAB model is built to simplify the calculation process,enabling comparison and intuitive display of design schemes and helping optimize the precise control method in practical application.

摘 要:以智能建筑的顶层设计为基础,在比较不同智能化系统优劣的基础上,提出基于约束条件的智能化设计方案的整体比较方法,为业主智能化设计的投资优化方案提供指导。同时,构建MATLAB模型以简化计算过程,实现设计方案的便捷比较和直观展示,助力精准控制方法在实际应用中的优化。
