Theater Digital Audio System Transmission Network and Its Application

Abstract This paper introduces the theater audio system components and the function of each part，the development trends of audio system： digital； analyzes and compares the transmission form of digital network based on Ethernet and Fiber Distributed Data Interface（FDDI）； compares the advantages and disadvantages of FDDI ring form and star form network； and introduces the design requirements of the theater audio system of Zhongshan Culture & Art Center which used OPTOCORE technology networking，the master node and all sub-nodes used star wiring.

摘　要　介绍剧场音频系统组成及各部分功能；音频系统数字化发展趋势；分析比较数字化网络基于以太网和基于光纤分布式数据接口（FDDI）的传输形式；比较 FDDI 环型和星型两种组网形式的优缺点。介绍中山市文化艺术中心剧场音频系统设计要求，选用 OPTOCORE 技术组网，主节点和各个分节点间采用星型布线。
