二级用电负荷(非消防负荷)是否需要末端互投
背景:做了一个劳教所的寝室楼,该劳教所并不是关押犯人的地方,是一些强制劳动人员平时住的地方,周末劳教人员可以回家,礼拜一到礼拜五在里面住宿劳动。寝室楼的负荷我按二级设计,变电所由双回路10KV供电,里面有两台互为100%备用的变压器,这些我都交代在说明里面了,设计中寝室楼由变电所引来两路(主、备)电缆给寝室楼供电,现在审图说要求我寝室楼里面所有的负荷全部要在末端互投,我没有在末端切换违反了强条,也没指出是那条啊,我找了半天规范上就要求一级负荷和二级消防负荷要求末端切换。

你看看GB51348-3.2.11第3款,
是不是可以理解为只要不满足双重电源就不可以“二级负荷可由任一段低压母线单回路供电”。
碰到这种奇葩的要求别的地方找不到依据就在神奇的GB51348里找吧。 顺便提醒一下,寝室楼别全部定为二级负荷,有规范依据的用电负荷如通道照明、安防等定为二级负荷就行了。 二级负荷不用末端互投,但是你这种建筑就不好说了,说是什么安全也好,各种乱七八糟的也好,说规范就有点离谱了
